This Bratchos recipe is finger-licking and so good that your guests don't want to get to main course! Its corn chips topped with bratwurst sausage, cheese, jalapenos, avocado, salsa and sour cream

- 2 cups bratwursts cooked and sliced into bite sized chunks.
- 12 ounces tortilla chips
- 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
- 3/4 cup pico de gallo homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1 cup sour cream
- Chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
Grill the brats over medium heat until they're cooked through.
Chop your bratwurst in to bite sized pieces.
Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add layers of cooked sliced bratwursts, black beans, and cheeses.
Place into oven and bake until heated through and the cheeses have melted, about 10-12 minutes.
Serve immediately, topped with pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapenos, sour cream and cilantro.
