Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Smoker
Heat the smoker to 250°F. Use your favorite type of wood pellets.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Rub on the seasoning or marinade.
Step 3: Smoke the Chicken
Place the chicken in the smoker for about 60-90 minutes. It is best to place them in indirect heat.
Halfway through, flip the chicken once.
Step 4: Finish the Chicken
When the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165-180°F, remove it from the grill.
Let the meat rest for about 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
