Ingredients

  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 12 brioche rolls
  • 12 oz. sliced smoked turkey
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chives

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Stir together the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  • Slice the rolls in half lengthwise, removing the tops in one piece. Place the bottom half of the rolls onto a sheet pan.
  • Spread the dijon mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
  • Arrange the smoked turkey slices over the bottom buns, folding each piece over one bun at a time for easier pulling apart.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the turkey.
  • Then place the top buns onto the sliders.
  • Melt butter, and stir in the minced garlic and chopped chives.
  • Brush the garlic butter over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes, on the lowest rack.
  • Brush another layer of garlic butter. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately, and enjoy.
